By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Klipp offers professional video clipping services designed specifically for content creators, influencers, agencies, and brands. Our core service involves taking long-form content—such as podcasts, interviews, vlogs, or webinars—and transforming key moments into engaging short-form clips that are ready to be published on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and more. Our work may include enhancements like subtitles, jump cuts, transitions, and resizing to platform-specific formats, depending on the package and instructions you provide.
3. Use of the Services and Content
You are permitted to use the final clips created by Klipp for your own personal, promotional, or business purposes. This includes posting, distributing and adapting them across any platform. However, you may not resell our services or claim Klipp's editing methods or tools as your own. Additionally, our services must not be used to create or distribute content that promotes hate, violence, illegal activity, or any form of harmful or offensive material.
4. Account Creation and Security
To use some features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that takes place through your account. Klipp is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access unless it is caused by our negligence. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must provide clear project instructions, raw video footage, and any relevant brand assets (such as logos, templates, or style guidelines). You also confirm that you own or have proper rights to use the content you provide to us. Klipp will not be responsible for any claims resulting from unauthorized content submissions. Timely communication and feedback from your end are essential to meet delivery timelines.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made in advance or as per a mutually agreed milestone plan before editing begins. We accept payments through UPI, Razorpay, Stripe, and other approved gateways. You may request a full refund if the project is canceled before any editing has started. If editing work has begun, only a partial refund may be considered based on the progress made. No refunds will be issued once final clips are delivered and approved.
7. Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain full ownership of all original footage and the final edited clips once payment is complete. Klipp does not claim ownership over your content. However, unless you specifically request otherwise, Klipp may showcase non-confidential samples of your edited clips in our portfolio or marketing materials to demonstrate our work quality. These examples will be used without exposing sensitive or private client information.
8. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. All footage, instructions, and communication shared with Klipp will remain private and secure. We will never share, resell, or reuse your content without explicit permission, except as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Klipp is committed to delivering high-quality services, but we are not responsible for external issues beyond our control, including platform changes, algorithm shifts, copyright flags, or content removals. We also do not guarantee specific performance metrics such as views, reach, or engagement. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our services after the changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in the region where Klipp operates, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
